the market for compressed salad patties is somewhat limited.

I happen to love their compressed salad patties. (Have you *tried* them? :) Of course, just because I like them, that doesn't make the market any less limited. I do believe Vegetarian foods have a bright and growing future ... but I think they'll always be a niche market, at least in our lifetimes. GBUR was growing well and earning money until a few years ago, and they've yet to get back on track. (They're still growing the top line nicely, but the bottom line sucks, which is your point.) I'd agree that they are highly overvalued at their current price.
