Paul, Spent a couple of days in AC checking for sea grass and think I found some, hope I'm not contaminated. Have been aware for quit a while that this was a one time grant by the company to KR to purchase shares. Some threaders might not have been aware. What I don't recall seeing is an agreement that the company had agreed to pay for them which to this date they have done. It's hard to accept that this was funds that could have been better used for research, let him pay for his own stock. I was fortunate in seeing a train over the weekend to my great surprise it was the engineer that drove the train not the ticket master. Harry was right, the buck stops at the top. With the engineer in place the train still ran and headed to it's destination, no one cared if the ticket master was on board or not, unless he screwed up the tickets then bedlam broke loose among the passengers. It is not a good thing to give tickets to those that should not have them. They can get on the train and it's difficult to get them off. "the meeting is not for stockholders comments" Paraphrased right from the proxy. Why even have stockholders? They're only held in contempt anyway. It's all set up to be a meeting controled by KR and his lackeys. Paul you and I know this isn't right, it has become a virtual dictatorship with no significant stockholder rights at all. The positive comments that the company will make is just pure BS. If they had anything worthwhile to announce then they should announce it to the stockholders when it happens and not hold it for some hype at a stockholders meeting. Oh! Oh!
