One more OT. Music is interesting the way the Technology changed the Art. Remote control technology and "instant" fast-forward allows many of the one-hit wonders of today to thrive. I cannot recall a CD released in the past 10 years that was entirely listenable.

The primitive nature of turntables FORCED artists to make the ENTIRE ALBUM a good product. Pretty hard to fast-forward or skip accurately without a linear tracking table or getting off the couch.
