Thanks very much knight. Found this comment interesting: "One would think that traders are smarter than that, after all, we were supposed to have learned from previous stock market meltdowns but the problem is that everything traders thought about the state of the technology industry is being called into question in the wake of the EMC Corp. (EMC) earnings warning."

With all those books, and classes on this and that, I also feel that many home-schooled traders lost focus on the big picture during the latest rally. Can't speak for the professionals, since I feel that they have the better tools, and resources to more current news, and warning signs. But then, you have pros like Cramer who makes me laugh and say "DOH. He didn't think that one through. Dude. Think before you talk." almost every time he's on CNBC.
