Uh, not to nitpick here, but this isn't completely accurate. 95 and NT CDs have out of date browsers on them, and you can always FTP the browser from Netscape or a variety of other sources. Or, you can get it from other sources, like AOL, the Lotus Notes CD, many retailers, etc...
