Some background on Samantha Power:

14 March 2019
The former U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations (2013–2017), Samantha Power is a leading figure in international affairs and human rights advocacy. As a member of President Obama’s cabinet, Power was the public face of U.S. opposition to Russian aggression in Ukraine and Syria, negotiated the toughest sanctions in a generation against North Korea, lobbied to secure the release of political prisoners, and helped build new international law to cripple ISIL’s financial networks. Her book A Problem from Hell: America and the Age of Genocide won the Pulitzer Prize in 2003. She is currently Anna Lindh Professor of the Practice of Global Leadership and Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School and Professor of Practice at Harvard Law School.

She is profoundly more informed and more ethical than Maurice Winn, Putin's useful idiot. No wonder he calls her a harpy.
