TEMECULA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 2000--Media Concepts
Inc. (NQB pink sheets: MDCE) (OTCBB: MDCE) Wednesday announced the
completion of its dealer agreement with Volutone Distributing Company.
Volutone Distributing Company is one of the largest consumer
electronics distributors in the Western United States, distributing
more than 80 brand name lines of equipment and supplies for the home,
car and custom theater installation.
This agreement allows Media Concepts Inc. to sell lines such as
Denon, Kenwood, Atlantic Technologies, RCA, X-10 pro and Toshiba to
name a few. Media Concepts believes that the utilization of a stocking
distributor allows a more cost effective way to sell products.
"By allowing the distributor and not Media Concepts to deal with
the cost of carrying large quantities of products will keep us cost
