Hi gerald, Not sure about Roths. Always hear the old guys talking about stuff like that but never much paid attention. Seems our taxman is always waiting somewhere down the line. They will even claw back your Canada pension if you make too much when retired. Makes your wonder why you pay into it for 50 years. Just joined Yahoo. Spent a good part of the day catching up. Now my head hurts. Information overload. So, if your 100M shares, bought at 7 cents, goes to $10, voila! Pay tax on the $7000 up front and withdraw one day, after much patience, $993,000 with no more tax. Nice. Looks like I've just been ripped off for $999,000,000. Better check the fine print.
