I really enjoy your analysis, it's well thought out and canny.

What I still find a bit strange is the weakness of the SHVA rally. If what you suppose is true, about institutional investors pushing it up, for a dump, this should be done on relatively low volume, shouldn't it and then the fall should be rather quick? There is some opinion here that the runup to date is only the first and incomplete leg of the triangle - and this would coincide with your idea about the institutions wanting to push SHVA up a bit more.

MSFT: I agree the pollyanna runup to 120 looks suspicious. I imagine there may be a little pop to 123 if earnings are good and then a slide. good idea about the put. If the neckline is for real (at 118) - it still looks sketchy - then the fall to 104 looks probable.
