re: doesn't he cause everything??? He causes about 30% of the bad stuff, Cheney 20% of the bad stuff, Rumsfeld 20%, Rove 20%, and 10% is just bum luck. Clinton is still responsible for 99% of the good stuff that happens. Questions?
