Conservative Judges don't like rude language.

In narrow ruling, Supreme Court upholds large fines for "fleeting expletives"

In one of the several stupid f*&@ing decisions made by this Supreme Court, the Court by a 5-4 vote ruled in the case of the goddam FCC v Fox Television that $225,000 fines for the brief use of expletives on broadcast airways were permissible under current rules.

The usually incorrect crappy liberals on the Court had it right in this case that the entire structure may be unconstitutional, and even Clarence Thomas seemed to suggest that the constitutional question may be re-addressed.

It's cases like this and the Raich medical marijuana case which continue to remind me that "conservative" judges are little better than "liberal" ones when they legislate from the bench. Scalia's desire to use government to police those things he finds objectionable is itself shitty jurisprudence.

Unfortunately, the unnecessary fleeting expletives in this note are not covered by the ruling because I would just love to pick a fight with government over free speech. On the bright side, the Democrats will soon start to push for a renewal of the "Fairness Doctrine", a clear assault on the First Amendment, and if they do so I hope to be part of some action to violate that law and show the "liberals" as the economic fascists they truly are.
