<One can always make the argument that there are better opportunities out there than spending money on stock.> JJ At this time Joe has the cash flow to run the company. He has never been one to pay cash for the M&A's. He would prefer to use restricted stock. So, if he can buy it at $2.00 and get $3.00 + in trade, why not. Besides, Joe has made the decision to do the buyback and thats pretty much it for the moment. Best Regards
