johnd: What are you talking about? The gov't must first win its case (which is a collection of intra-office memos)with Jackson and then the remedy has to be handed down to split the company up. Then the decision and the remedy have to be upheld in Appellate Court and perhaps even to the Supreme Court. All of these are legally unlikely. This kind of speculation is a waste of time. Just buy everytime MSFT is below 90. JFD
