Joe: As I said earlier, the net stocks will severely correct sometime prior to March. Well, if most of you have been watching lately, you'll notice that it has been going on over the past week, i.e. (High - Today's Close) Yahoo: 445 - 287, E-Bay: 321 - 213 3/4, Amazon.Com 199 - 113. As for AOL, it has been holding up very well under the downward pressure of the other net stocks, i.e. 167 - 148 1/2. Only 18 1/2 down is very healthy. After seeing what has been happening over the past several days and taking into account the taxes I would have to pay, I have decided to hold onto my shares and forget about selling them in order to buy in later at a lower price. With the earning's report coming out next week, we may all be pleasantly surprised. I also feel quite confident that AOL has several other acquisitions in the works. We'll just have to see. We're holding a very strong company that continues to get stronger.

Good Luck To All,

PHANTOM
