IVI has put out 1 PR in the past 7 weeks.

HYC has put out 5 in the past 2 weeks.

I'm not saying that PR's translate directly into share price movements,but they serve to keep investors informed.

IVI has combined with CMEL and all of those other companies, and this is the best they can do? I think that they are just waiting to be taken out, and don't want the share price to high, as to scare of potential buyers.
