PHIL, I WAS JUST WONDERING, ABOUT YOUR POST 3005 In your post 3005 you state the the company will be near broke by the end of the year 1999 at the present burn rate. On page 10 of the financial you posted under item 2. Managements Discussion and Analysis or Plan of Operation, the second paragraph last statement states, Although not anticipated, arrangements have been made for a private placement if required. I personally dont think that money will become a problem, you just have to read the whole story, not part of it. Also you posted that Shelby has filed as an insider. He is an insider, he is a director of the company. All directors of a public company are required to file by law. Again Tell the whole story not just the parts you read without researching facts.
