SPD was the only presentation about production of smart glass. After over 20 years since they first launched their research on electrochromic windows and the only technology commercialized in architectural glass is SPD. That was noted by many conference attendees.

<<Sheeesh Dolly, you have been all over the REFR board promoting it for ages.>>

Dahlinck, there you go again, confusing me with someone you accuse of same because you haven't done your homework or just feel free to make false accusations. I do understand though, that in your lingo, a promoter is someone who has something positive to say about a stock that you are shorting.

I can tell you this. If anyone has an employment-related interest in their posts, it is you, not the individual to whom you refer.

I propose a little pledge. Just cut, paste and post.

"I, the alias who posts on Yahoo as evil_shortie2001, hereby affirm, under penalty of perjury, that I am not Michael Wilkins nor any employee or agent of West Highland Capital Management."

As for criticizing shorts with "spectacular records," I don't think that two fraud verdicts (Florida, 1989, South Carolina 2002) and 5 NASD disciplinary actions is a spectacular record. To say nothing of the NASD finding that picks that went the wrong way were simply removed from the website.

BTW, any idea why West Highland's assets under management have gone from $60 million in 4Q01 to 5 million for 2Q02.

Dolly
