Jim: Thanks again for your honest, firsthand impressions. I appreciate facts whether positive or negative for SOLV.

Obviously under the heat of battle you made an erroneous statement regarding SOLV having sufficient funds to complete the first phase of the project. Emotions will do that and it is understandable. It is also obvious that that statement was not true and can not be substantiated, and it should be clear to everyone that posts here that that is the case.

I believe this board probably is the best educated group of all information available regarding SOLV. We certainly have different views regarding the company, but the tenor of the discussion has become more civil, which I am thankful for.

The last 30 days have been very profitable for those that shorted the stock, and those that have held on to their shares have lost 50%. That is the tragedy as far as I am concerned. I am pleased with my profit and am not happy to see anyone lose money, even those that have attacked me. While Asensio and others have done a tremendous job of communicating their position, and the market currently believes that information, innocent investors that believe in the company have tremendous losses. Hopefully in the future, there will be more stringent requirements regarding company releases which will protect investors. SOLV created the problem and is trying to divert the attention unto others.
