The answer is yes. I'm tired of all these self serving financial publications acting like this concern about outsourcing is grandstanding on the part of a few losers and really everything is rosy and Bush will surely win re-election. Jack Welch on CNN said "the jobs figures must be wrong, the economy is booming, Bush will win in a landslide". There is ALWAYS an election, every 2 years which changes the makeup of congress. This issue of offshoring has caused a lot of pain and losses to our economy and the benefits are to too few to matter, so it has to be regulated. Thats it, Forbes and Fortune and Jack Welch better just learn to deal with it.
