I do agree.

Without the merger and if TLAB had simply entered into a licensing agreement with CIEN (I'm not familiar with the technology at all so I do not know if this would have been feasible) TLAB might still be a $70-71 company. However, the only way they got to that point was through superior management and the ability to meet or exceed expectations regularly.

We need to trust in management's approact to expansion of the company and not allow a few short-term setbacks to get in the way.
