HG.

I think that guy is nuts to sell 2/3 of his QCOM and all his CSCO and slap it all on JDSU. JDSU is in the sweet spot in the optical market - no doubt. They have good growth prospects going forward but currently it's just them and GLW in the game. Although I own JDSU their sales/employee and their margins are a concern. Also a larger concern is the huge amount of start-ups in the space coupled with their biggest customers (NT and LU) pulling much of the component development in house. JDSU needs to continue to innovate and simplify their fabrication/manufacturing going forward. There is little doubt that JDSU is here to stay but they do have a huge cap to grow into....can they do it? Don't know.. but in the short term things look good. The CEO suggested that estimates should be raised for the next quarter.
