HG. I think that guy is nuts to sell 2/3 of his QCOM and all his CSCO and slap it all on JDSU. JDSU is in the sweet spot in the optical market - no doubt. They have good growth prospects going forward but currently it's just them and GLW in the game. Although I own JDSU their sales/employee and their margins are a concern. Also a larger concern is the huge amount of start-ups in the space coupled with their biggest customers (NT and LU) pulling much of the component development in house. JDSU needs to continue to innovate and simplify their fabrication/manufacturing going forward. There is little doubt that JDSU is here to stay but they do have a huge cap to grow into....can they do it? Don't know.. but in the short term things look good. The CEO suggested that estimates should be raised for the next quarter. OG
