Weird, isn't it, how you sorta LOOK at these things and then say, Oh SHIT! and feel a bit dizzy? Actually I didn't this time, just felt pissed off. MY MY MY knives are only carbon steel, none of this wussy stainless stuff, and they're dangerous. People who only see 'em, don't use 'em, laugh and say they're ugly. But my God they're sharp. Haven't had the one in question sharpened in five years, but it's like a razor. German steel.
