Anybody figure out what's going on here... 13G filed by UTEK... In the June 98 proxy, it seems he owned 1,740,719 shares. The 13G says: 1 NAME OF REPORTING PERSONS S.S. OR I.R.S. IDENTIFICATION NOS. OF ABOVE PERSONS ARTHUR W. ZAFIROPOULO Surely he wouldn't have to file because he picked up less than 1500 shares????? Curious...
