Grasping for straws. Their chance of contracting some much more costly condition almost certainly isn't any higher than anyone else's. So catching, and curing them at an early stage for one condition is always going to be a net win. So your argument is boiling down to "better have someone die off early so they aren't a burden". Might as well advocate birth certificates with expiration dates...
