Robert, thank for the info. Now is the time to make a really big sand box in your back yard for the kids. When they complain that the sand is not very good and just desert dirt you can tell them to love it because it will pay for their college education.;-) I hope CHIP can consolidate their holdings before the pressures and financial strength of other companies displaces them. The land rush is on!
