I did pick Winstar and have been touting it for nearly two years. I think 38GHz is just as good a band as 24GHz and that there is plenty of room for more than one broadband wireless carrier that avoids the auction madness. I believe both Winstar and Teligent will thrive, but that Teligent has more resources at the moment.
