The FORTUNE 500 list shows LSI Logic Corp. as being the sixth largest semiconductor manufacturer have revenues of $1.24 BILLION in 1996. They follow in rank order of revenues: Intel, TI, Applied Materials, National Semiconductors, and Advanced Micro Devices. I hold a Masters in Electronics Engineering and know that LSI Logic is one of the major semiconductor companies. Sorry, don't know how to hack into their personnel files. However, I interpret the hiring of Mr.McInnes as a plus for Cybersurf. To acquire a former executive of a company of LSI's stature leads me to believe that Mr. Gardner is well aware that he needs a man of this calibre to oversee the upsizing of Cybersurf. Hope this information reassures you that your investment in CY at this time could turn out to be one of the wisest investments you will ever make. Evidently this deep seated negativity of yours must arise from miserable past experience on your part.
