[ComNet] Jim -- Thanks for the URL. I'll check it out when I get home. Right now my brain is spinning with Network Management Systems information. Everyone wants to manage your bandwidth. Private company coming public in February: Visual Networks, looks interesting. Also N.E.T., already public. They manage ATM systems. All new territory for this novice. Other than owning CrossKeys, I had no idea there were so many management systems out there. Pass the Dramamine! More later -- pat
