Bill Frist has a serious dilemma. On the one hand he wants Hospitals to be Ultra Profitable. On the other hand he doesn't want Mexican Aliens who can't pay for health Care. On the one hand he wants the Drug co's to be Ultra Profitable but he doesn't want WalMart to sell 4 dollar drugs because that kills the Drug Co profits. On the one hand he wants to cut your liver out and charge through the roof but he doesn't believe Medicine and cost structures (Guadalajara Health Care and 4 dollar prescriptions) have progressed beyond where they were 20 years ago. Tough Reality...
