The significance of the Merced announcement was not lost on the technically-minded posters on the INTC thread. See Paul Engel's on-topic remarks regarding this. Merced requires a move to .18 I believe. Current market uncertainty revolves around moves or pushout to 300mm and .25 and PC sales growth and profit margins and FTC...a growing list which should provide entry opportunities. But as some posters have recently said "I'm getting tired of buying opportunities"<g> Good investing all.
