BtB always peaks at the beginning of a cycle--orders are easier to ramp up than shipments. I would have been very surprised if it hadn't gone down.

A huge BtB isn't necessarily a good thing, anyway. Huge BtB numbers mean lengthy waits for equipment, meaning more opportunities for the customer to change his mind, go elsewhere, discover that he can do more with what he has, and so forth.
