Doctors and specialists from the New York Psychiatric Institute are using the generous grant from NIH's National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism to help tailor HIV prevention programs to work at bars and clubs. It's not much to go on and I would be interested in the individuals responsible for this tripe, but we have the state the idea most likely originated. The lunacy of it is a bit funny, but when you realize we have politicians squandering money like this it's easy to understand why taxpayers are frustrated. * * *
