It is a mystery to me how O! can accept an Iranian nuke and believe that there can also be an Israeli/Arab/Palestinian rapprochement at the same time. The Sunni/Shia divide is a second tier conflict in comparison to their top tier mutual desire to wipe out Israel. Thus, there can be no Arab/Israeli compromise so long as Iran is developing a nuke, though the Arabs will be happy to accept a fait accompli engineered by O! I don't think a fait accompli is possible, however, unless O! is willing to sacrifice his Presidency. He's not. O! seems increasingly like Jimmy Carter. The times also feel like the mid 1970s.
