SSB Citi Fund Management LLC owns 6,090,908 shares 23.4%, Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc owns 6,091,008 shares 23.4%, and Citigroup Inc owns 6,091,008 shares 23.4%. Wow this tells me that something is up with this stock due to the new filing of this, the company meeting SEC requirements and the status of these company's. Watch for this to go somewhere"
