bw, I was thinking the same thing when I read the release, but the technology is beyond me. Q is also developing phone asics with wide-ranging capabilities, including multiple modes for diverse systems, smartcards, and applications in early development elsewhere. I believe their license covers a lot of future territory which they know is locked up and covered best by Certicom.
