I was hoping someone here could give a second opinion on Second
Opinion. :-)

I have no idea what most of the stuff in Second Opinion means. I
don't even have my own access to E-trade. I was just as surprized
as you regarding their oversold/strong buy prognosis.

I'd like to see orders increase as a result of purchases from/through
IBM. I, too would like to see a close above 12 where there appears
to be strong resistance. I was bottom fishing when I got in at 9 and
was not expecting a quick profit. I can wait a year if I have to.
I hope we'll see in Jan. (any chance in Oct. ?) if NCD has legs.
