I really think the the DSP technology is great. However, I bought
one of their Office FX modems and can not say I have found their
consumer applications very good. Their customer service stinks.
I have not even received any notification what so ever of whether or
not the thing can be upgraded beyond 28.8, and I can't find any
posting on their home page on the subject either. Fortunately
I sold the stock because of my modem experience. It also taught
me to be careful when buying Canadian companies.
