See my earlier post 3038 re: dates expected to close per XCIT Investor relations. Is there any later information? The gap between XCIT and ATHM shares makes me wonder what's going on. Aren't we supposed to receive 1.04 shares of ATHM for each share of XCIT? Wouldn't that be worth about $120-$124 per share at present values? I wonder why such a large discount in XCIT stock at this point?
