"Soaring health care costs", aka medical treatment. That seems like a matter of supply and demand. If costs soar, competitors flood in to profit. There are few people pointing out that deregulating the medical cartel would open supply. Good for you to notice. <They are also holding down the level of new Doctors being trained below what is needed > With tradable citizenships, foreign doctors could flood in and compete for customers. At present, lots of people are flooding OUT, for cheaper medical treatment in exotic lands. Freedom and open markets work wonders. Mqurice
