ADVANCED OPTICS ELECTRONICS, INC.
From Outdoor Advertising's Future to Affordable Flat Panel Displays.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

CORPORATE SUMMARY
Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc. (ADOT) develops and manufactures
competitively priced, electronic high speed, high brightness instantly
changeable billboards for new installations and conversions of exiting
units in the $3.1 billion U.S. outdoor advertising industry.
Through patented electro-optic technology, Advanced Optics Electronics,
Inc. provides crisp, flicker free images in a wide range of weather and
light conditions. The Company employs a combination of high contrast
screen structure, brightness adjustment architecture, modest energy
usage, and submicro switching time to create superior 12 by 36 foot
displays.
Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc. has developed a software program to
manage all graphics from a remote access terminal via satellite or
landlines. With this technology, billboard operators will be able to
sell time to advertisers similar to television and radio advertisement
blocks.
OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
Technical advances are redefining the outdoor advertising industry and
satisfying increasing demands for effective, visible, and unique design
capabilities.
Industry Growth. The importance of outdoor medium for a growing variety
of advertisers boosted 1996 industry revenues 7.3% to $2.6 billion.
Improved technology, which brought the billboard to the forefront of
many advertising campaigns, is expected to support continued growth in
outdoor spending.
Competitive Pricing. Outdoor advertising attracts business and is the
most cost-effective advertising available: Priced 80% less than
television, 70% less than newspapers and magazines, and 50% less than
radio on average. With estimated advertising costs comparable to
alternate outdoor advertising options, the Advanced Optics Electronics,
Inc. electronic billboards will optimize advertising dollars.
HIGHLIGHTS
The $3.1 billion outdoor advertising industry achieved annual growth of
7.5 % in 1997, the highest in a decade.
The Company's patented technology has applications in military,
industrial, medical, and communications markets.
The Company recently received a contract for two units valued at a total
of $1.9 million.
The Company benefits from the original research developed by scientists
at the U.S. Government funded Los Alamos and Sandia Laboratories in New
Mexico
The Company's display has an ultra-high contrast ratio and brightness,
minimal energy requirements, and a competitive price more than $8
million less than market alternatives.
BRIGHT FUTURE
With commercial, industrial, and military applications, the demand for
Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc. technology (patents and patents
pending) is virtually infinite. The Company's technology meets the flat
panel industry's demand for clarity, brightness, speed and the ability
to function under any weather condition.
Research conducted at the U.S. Government funded Los Alamos and Sandia
laboratories was used in developing Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc.'s
technology which maintains its picture quality under all weather
conditions and has no bleed-through resolution problems. With these and
other advantages, Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc. is well-positioned

Hello all:

Andrew T. was kind enough to e-mail me the text. Just in case someone else had trouble getting to the text , here it is.

Note: we all knew that the contract was for 1.7 million dollars without the satellite communication software. Part of the delay for delivering the BB was that the customer decided to add the capability to change the advertisement through satellite communication. We never knew how much extra was the customer paying for that. Now we know , it is 200k more revenue to ADOT.

Thanks Andrew

Fred
