"Cyrix Conceptual Products Group developed the Media CenterT design with partners ESS Technology, Hitachi America Ltd., IBM, IGS Technologies, LuxSonor, National Semiconductor, NEC Electronics, Philips North America and Silitek. The Cyrix Media CenterT is a reference design that will be offered to consumer electronics companies and PC manufacturers in early December 1997."
