Hello to all,

It is my impression that no share holder meeting may be held without taking imput from not only the proxies but the attendes as well. It is simply initatives which must be scheduled prior to the meeting so as to allow all shareholders a vote. I believe that if sufficent votes exist in the audience/decention, a vote can be forced from the floor. I will attempt to get clarification on this issue. I am sure it depends on the specific by laws of the company and the state of incorporation, however, I believe that there are certain minimum requirements for incorporation in every state. I am not an attorney so my post should be taken with a grain of salt. I will post if and as soon as I know something. I hope that any information gained from the meeeting will be posted here. Thank you.
