av, I do not believe that the analysts fully understand NTAP's privileged position in the storage market. Their intellectual property (ONTAP, WAFL, etc.) which rides on commodity hardware platforms results in simplicity, reliability, an speed at a price/performace ratio that cannot be matched by EMC, SUNW, HWP, etc. NTAP will continue to appear over-valued in the years to come, as any owner of discontinuous innovation in a rapidly expanding market tends to enjoy.
