If the stock stays at the $42 level, I expect the stockholders that get
the 3 million shares will be dumping them immediately for a profit.
It's obviously overvalued at this point. If insiders sold huge amounts
at $32 or less and the future issue price is $36. Also, the stock was in
the $20 range recently. You've got to question the ability of any mutual
fund manager buying it now in the 40s.
