< nomai is a small co. and the amt of damage they can do is miniscule> I agree but damage is damage and iomega should sqwuissshhhh them if they have to.
at $100.00/disk penalty for patent
infringment nomai must be very confident to follow this thru ( good/bad legal
advice) as they will have to sell an awful lot of disks to pay for the penalty
(nomai's "newer math " dictates).
