Gay Marriage and Ambivalent Conservatives That was a good and thoughtful analysis. I was pleased to see my point in there about what I call the existing corruption in the institution. <<Still others think the institution of marriage has changed so much that, from a legal standpoint, there are no good reasons left to prohibit gays from marrying.>>
