I'm sure that has an additional effect but things had turned down prior to aloha BK. Cruise ships pulled out and went to Asia, UA cut flights months ago, etc., etc., etc. My guess is severe overbuilding in the condo market, a rise in B & B alternative and the rise in fuel prices have all cut into the hotel market... all this in addition to less $$$ to spend from the overall economic funk.
