Thanks for jumping in with your comments George. I think that DEC has as much to offer CPQ as they do in return. Should be a good match, unfortunately the value to DEC shareholders is somewhat reduced and might have an effect on the vote. Time will tell. Good luck with those LEAPs!! someone on the cpq board indicated that DEC had pared itself down and was a good buy. I think at these prices CPQ has a steal!!
