The Foley thing goes directly at the Repugnican strength, the bible-thumping "values" voters who's churches Rove has called every election, yeilding him an easy 3 million votes nationwide. These folks may not vote Dem after Foley, but they're a LOT less likely to think that by voting Repugnican, their voting for their values..
