Tom, it looks like you've found a new "Internet Business Bureau", which is interesting, but likely unrelated to the earlier one that involved Dorian Reed. The previous IBB ran into a dispute with the Better Business Bureau over the use of the name "business bureau", which the BBB contented could be confused with the BBB. Ultimately, Internet Business Bureau gave in and changed its name to Internet Business Broadcasting. And later on, of course, the business ceased. The new Internet Business Bureau that you found has a domain registered a year ago to somebody in Texas, not in Rancho Cucomonga. networksolutions.com So it is unlikely to be related.
